Jason has a strong background in entrepreneurship with combat-proven leadership. Jason completed his MBA and BS in Management at the University of West Florida. He completed a Post-Graduate Fellowship with Ochsner Health System where he led physician operations for 3 years. In 2013, Jason launched IRIS – Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems as the CEO for the start-up healthcare technology company. The company achieved FDA Approval for early detection of eye disease and 1 out of 8 patients examined found sight threatening disease. Within 4 years the company had grown at a 966% growth rate ranking IRIS among the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America by Inc. Magazine. During his tenure, Jason raised Seed Funding and Venture Capital investment to fuel the go-to-market strategy. In addition to his MBA, Jason has completed executive education programs in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions from Harvard Business School.
Prior to his business ventures, Jason served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Team Leader. With tours in South Korea, Bosnia, and the initial occupation of Iraq, Crawford was awarded the Commendation Medal x3, Combat Infantry Badge, and Purple Heart.
Jason and his wife Heather live in Pensacola, Florida with their three daughters. He believes in supporting the community and serves at Olive Baptist Church, as the Chairman of the Board for the UWF Foundation, and a Director for Every Child A Reader in Escambia. On Father's Day, his daughter completed a questionnaire this way... "my Dad always says... you need an Emergency Fund"

Bryan has an extensive background in executive leadership with a focus on revenue growth and sales development. Bryan has been in the commercial insurance industry since 2007 with a primary focus in either direct sales or sales leadership. He has been a part of senior leadership teams with two of Florida’s largest independent insurance agencies with sales teams as large as 50 producers. During this time, he has proven effective at growing top line revenue with an emphasis on sales processes and team development. Specifically, he oversaw all sales functions of an agency from 2012-2016 that saw the firm grow from $24 million in revenue to nearly $40 million organically.
In addition to his role in sales leadership, Bryan has participated as a partner/advisor in multiple successful entrepreneurial endeavors that have growing annual revenues, debt free balance sheets, and healthy profit margins. Bryan completed his bachelor’s degree in finance and management at University of West Florida and maintains active Florida insurance licenses.
Bryan and his wife Emily have moved back to Pensacola after 15 years in Tampa. They have two sons and a daughter who love the beach life. He's a rock star dad who loves his family, protects them, teaches them how to rap, and explains hedge funds to them.

Terry Andre has almost 30 years’ experience in owning and managing small and mid-sized businesses. He has been on the buy and sell side of business transactions totaling over $35M and has successfully integrated several acquired businesses over the years. Terry’s specialty is growing businesses to reach their full market potential by optimizing distribution channels and focusing on new product development to drive sales and support business development teams while building highly efficient supply chains to support growth.
Terry has worked for Accenture PLC in their strategy consulting group specializing in business process reengineering and product strategy for Fortune 500 companies such as DuPont, Quaker Oats, Motorola, British Telecom, and RJR Nabisco. He then became COO and part owner of Burton Golf a leading provider of golf bags and accessories to the golf industry. He helped double Burton’s revenue and EBITDA by focusing on profitable distribution channels with innovative products and creative marketing campaigns.
Terry then became CEO and part owner of AmCoat Industries which offered market-leading wall (Rhino Shield) and floor coatings (Floor Shield) to residential and commercial customers. AmCoat Industries’ revenue and EBITDA tripled during that time eventually resulting in a sale to One In A Row in 2021. Terry is now CEO of AmCoat Industrial LLC where revenue and EBITDA growth has continued at a rapid pace with investment capital and strategy assistance from One An A Row.
Terry has a BS in Commerce from UVa and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with marketing and strategy concentrations from both schools. Terry and his wife Kathy have three grown children and one grandchild and reside in Destin, Florida where they have enjoyed the beach life for the last 24 years. Terry also participates in high school sports officiating in football and baseball and been fortunate to officiate numerous FL state championships in both sports.

As a seasoned executive, he leads sales and dealer development initiatives at AmCoat Industrial to ultimately ensure the our national network of Dealers receive the guidance and support they need to grow and develop their businesses. In anticipation of client requests for new services, he is always on the lookout for opportunities to integrate new capabilities into the AmCoat portfolio— which presently includes core national brands such as Rhino Shield & Floor Shield.
Helping enterprises reach their potential has long been Jerold’s passion. He has worked for small businesses and Fortune 500 Companies in sales leadership—leading sales teams through organic and accretive growth. Previously he led the Business Development Team at IMS ExpertServices—providing Expert Witnesses and Trial Consultants for the AmLaw 100. Prior to IMS, he spent 11 years as Director of Business Development at LandrumHR. During his leadership, the company’s revenues more than doubled and its client base expanded from Florida to include 44 states and territories.
Jerold is the author of the book, Selling in the New World of Business, and over 20 articles on the topic of sales & business development. His MBA was earned at University of West Florida, as was his BSBA in marketing. Outside of work, Jerold puts his business skills, as well as his culinary skills, to work for the community. He founded a nonprofit called Pensacola EggFest that focuses on “good food—good cause” by gathering barbeque aficionados together to raise money for local charities. They have donated more than $500,000 to date. Jerold is also an avid offshore fisherman in Pensacola, Florida, and he feels the elements that render a person successful in that sport are not too removed from those that make a person successful in the business world. He said that both enterprises require “teamwork, planning, and execution.” Jerold is the author of the book, Sportsman’s Best: Offshore Fishing 2007.

Will decided to leave financial services after earning a spot in U.S. Navy SEAL training. Will spent four years in training, working alongside SEALs and recovering from various surgeries until his injuries precluded him from completing training and continuing to serve in the Navy. Although being unable to continue with training was a disappointment, he is extremely grateful to that community for all that they taught him and for their continued sacrifice.
After leaving the Navy, Will completed an executive leadership course at Harvard Business School. He has used his analytical skills to assist several entrepreneurs at startup ventures as well as provide independent consulting to other interesting endeavors.

He has brought many high-value products to market from inception to launch; many of which account for the lion share of major manufacturer’s new revenue streams.
Adept with supply chain and engineering, operational efficiencies are a major focus of Ben’s time and interest. He currently runs operations and product development for ARCO Marine in Pensacola, FL where they manufacture as an OEM, modify and distribute superior engine parts for the marine industry.
Ben and his wife Sophie have seen the light and moved their family of four to Pensacola from Rhode Island in hopes of never enduring another New England “Wintery Mix” of snow and sleet ever again.
